A hot bath and a cup of cammomile tea. Lavender on your pillow. Go to bed at the same time every night initially, it's important to have a good bed time routine. Have a notebook beside your bed in case anything is worrying you and then you can just write it down to be dealt with in the morning. You could try classical music as a way to sooth you to sleep. You could also try a herbal remedy with valeria and hops. If you wake up in the night, get up, read for a bit, then go back to bed, don't just lie there worrying about it. I could go on and on and on, have suffered insomnia on many occassions.

Why do doctors leave the room when you change? They're going to see you naked anyway.
