    running. when i started running 5-6 years ago, i quickly became obsessed with it. i love it.

    most of the time i run 5 miles. but there are some days when i run shorter, some when i run longer. looking forward to finding some new places to run here in Dallas!

    when I'm running I like to listen to house or techno music. Keeps me going and subconciously I run sprints in between to the beats...so I'm getting a good cardio in. And when it's yoga time...mellow pj stuff.
