    I would love to take pics from random interesting looking people but I'm a coward so I go for the scenery.

    Would you ask a stranger on the street with some kind of intriguing look if you could take a photo of him/her?

    yep. You roll out the dough, brush it with olive oil (I use chili oil) and put it on the grill or a cast iron grill. Grill it on each side for a few minutes until it is ready, put your toppings on and then either put it in the oven or under the broiler. Super quick and super delicious.
