I don't think that a shark could possibly comprehend such a complicated concept - unless of course it was an animated shark - then, absolutely. lol (and my avatar is my view from the balcony during the day - it's our 14th year down here and i simply love it).

technically, yes, I got sued because I couldn't pay a credit card....I was supporting myself and my mother at the time, so some things got paid some didn't....you know how it goes....I was able to settle it though, and for less than I owed...thankfully!
