I think it's ok for anybody to get a manicure, pedicure or facial :D

Did you ever have trouble with your neighbours?
  • zarocatzarocat Posts: 1,901
I have had trouble with my neighbours but not over music. A neighbour once dug in between our homes exposing my homes foundation without asking. Was terrible. It rained and everything. Not a good situation.

(Light in the loafers is a polite way of saying YOU'RE GAY ?)

Should we wear head phones more often for our neighbours sake ?

Probably  But it isn't just the same. I think my neighbours should organise a collection and get me some decent ones :D

And wow - seems the neighbours that you have when you own a house are not much better than those you share a house with

I've gone streaking before. . . talking doesn't really bother me.

    Have YOU ever been streaking?

You really did  :lol: Nope, I've never done that and probably never will do it.

I'm going to make some chocolate-pear-almond-muffins now. What is your fave muffin like?
  • Break The SkyBreak The Sky Posts: 1,276
I don't have muffins . . . because of the Crohn's disease. It's a no-no food for me. Before the disease my favorite was apple.

Are you planning on buying the Foo Fighter's new record that comes out on April 14th?

Sorry to hear that about your disease :(

I think I won't get the new Foo's album. I've spent a lot of money on records lately and need to let some things pass by in order to save some money ...

Did you see the Foo documentary?
  • Break The SkyBreak The Sky Posts: 1,276
Watched some of it this morning while getting ready to go to work. I recorded it from last night. I'll finish the rest when I get home. It's pretty awesome so far.

How many QOTSA records do you own?

I think I have all their albums, Songs for the Deaf, Self titled and Lullabies and the unplugged session on vinyl, the rest on cds.

    What about you?
  • Break The SkyBreak The Sky Posts: 1,276
I'm so jealous. I only have Era Vulgaris and I just recently picked up Rated X, which is like a remaster of Rated R. I wish I had them all though. I can't get enough QOTSA.

    What's your favorite QOTSA song?
If hope can grow from dirt like me ...
  • Leezestarr313Leezestarr313 Posts: 14,352
:D I'm also having kind of a QOTSA phase at the moment! I love the first album a lot and I think my fave song at the moment is You can't quit me baby. Can't wait to hear it live in May (yeah - I'm seeing them in London!)

    What's yours?
  • Break The SkyBreak The Sky Posts: 1,276
I have a thing for Hangin' Tree. So fucking morbid. . . I love it. I'm so jealous you're going to get to see them.

Do you like Them Crooked Vultures too?
If hope can grow from dirt like me ...
  • Leezestarr313Leezestarr313 Posts: 14,352
Yep, although I haven't listened to them a lot yet. I think I'll get their album as soon as I have some more money ... I seem to like anything that Josh Homme has to do with musically :D Some of the Desert Sessions are also awesome and I really love the Eagles of Death Metal. I'm your torpedo is my fave at the moment for my walk to work...

I'll go to my parent's house now to get the muffin form. See you later, Big Drop

What time is it now where you are?
  • Break The SkyBreak The Sky Posts: 1,276
Quarter past ten in the morning. I need to go too. I need to prepare an exhibit now. Doing work while at work. . . I don't like it. Enjoy the muffins! Have one for me!

    Obligatory question for next poster:

Do you work out on a regular basis?
  • Gibson72Gibson72 Posts: 1,245
Yes. Usually, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday.

Monday-work late @ the office. Friday-pizza night with the kids.

I'm kinda weird. I do my walking between 11 pm and 2 am. I take the dog out for a brisk walk, usually a of couple miles. It's awesome cause there's usually no one around. Just the deer, the raccoons, me, the dog, the stars and the silence.

Do you feel safe walking by yourself at night where you live?

Nope, probably head to bed soon. When I get up I'll mow the front and side yards if the rain has held off.

Would you rather shovel snow or mow the grass?

Never seen snow ... you're in for a treat one day in the future. But believe me, you'd rather cut grass than shovel snow.

I loved my job but I am changing careers and going back to University and will love school again even though i'll be broke for a second time
