    I did start a quit smoking thread on here a couple of years ago and it worked for me and a few others... some are still not smoking...

    Well I haven't travelled much of it so I'll say Ottawa, it's a beautiful city.

    How can we say smokes are "good" when deep down inside we know they taste disgusting?

    "indian smokes" or "bag smokes"...you get them on the indian reserves here. They are absolutely disgusting. That's how I quit the first time, I smoked those.
