    went out with my sister for lunch, and then my ex and my oldest son took me out to dinner, and I bought a new laptop...

    I went into town with my mum,did a bit of shopping and came home to check on how my house reno's are going.Ate tea then checked in here ... been here ever since :D

    no, I own a couple. I think you could get away with it... :lol:

    A Kathy bag is a pocket book sold on QVC, but you can buy them at TJ Max or Marshalls, they're named after Kathy Van Zeeland, she also makes shoes, boots, sunglasses jewelery and belts...

    Did you know that there is a QVC outlet in PA?

    It's the name of a shopping on tv show, I'm not sure what the QVC itself stands for. I used to watch it years ago, and I've ordered jewelery there before...

    Isn't it a whole channel? Like HSN? That makes sense Home Shopping Network. But what the heck is QVC?

    Yes, I live next to outlet heaven. Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. They are tourist traps and full of outlet malls.

    Yep, it is in Pigeon Forge. About 1hr away on a good day. If traffic is bad it could be as much as 3-4hrs away.

    No, I don't go very often. It is VERY expensive to get in. I don't you get as much bang for your buck as say Disney World.

    South Dakota including Rapid City, the four big heads (Mt. Rushmore), Crazy Horse Mountain & the Badlands. We also went to the Little Big Horn Battlefield in Montana. Great memories. Retraced my steps 25 years later and it was just as good.

    The weather fluctuates greatly. Last week it was in the single digits at night. Tonight it is in the high 20's. This past week we had snow and tomorrow it is going to be 56. Crazy weather around these parts. You can't count on it.

    What is your weather like these days?

    I do love winter. I love all the seasons. I just want them to do their thing and move on to the next one. If it is going to be cold I want it to snow! I don't like it being winter and it being in the 50-60 range. That is not winter.

    Do you think it is time for me to take down my Christmas tree?
