Yes and no.
Coming from a place where they seem to travel every 3 years, I feel that U.S, and European fans can sometimes act a bit spoilt.
Do you think they should tour Australia a little more often and Euro and U.S a little less???Sydney 11/02/2003

Cricket isn't for everyone. What I don't like is people bashing sports. I am a lover of most sports, but you will never see me really bash a sport. You need to appreciate everything that goes into it. They are finely tuned athletes and takes a lot of skill to get to the top of the games. If people said 'wow, those cricketers amaze me, how they have less than half a second from the time the ball leaves the bowlers hand to the time they have to play a shot, but I just don't like it' I can handle that. when the say 'cricket is a poofters game' etc can't handle that.
Would have to be Sydney to see PJ, then SCG for cricket then bbq at mine. Is that ok?Sydney 11/02/2003

Edit: will answer both
First its MCG, MCC is the name of the members there. Second, I haven't been outside of Australia :(
As for Adelaide
better gigs yes (though, I will throw up sydney3 2006 as the greatest concert I have ever been to. Nothing has beaten it. Some people have even rated it higher than Newcastle that year, and we all know about newcastle) But better cricket ground? Would have to say no. I have never been there so I admit my opinion may not be as informed as I would like. But the SCG is bloody beautiful, and a great venue to watch any sport from. The history of the old stands, to the modern ones, all combined to make one awesome venue.
So let me get this straight, you would not go to pj, then a day at the ashes then a bbq at mine. What else have I got to throw in?Sydney 11/02/2003

I am actually enjoying German beers atm. Schloffenhoffers or something. 500ml bottles, they are quite nice. But if I go out, I will order a pure blonde. Low carb beer.

It was 20 here a couple of weekends ago ... warm for October ... normal for end of September. Nice summer's day 25-28ish. Then it's too hot at 30
Too cold??So are we strangers now? Like rock and roll and the radio?0 -
anything under 20. Had a few mornings this year in single digits. Way too cold.
Around this time of year I always look at the weather cause some days hot, some cold. I figure 21 and under is jumper weather.

no id have the same line up, but change the state from nsw to sa
adelaide oval and newlands are the two most picturesque ovals in the world. and adelaide oval has the finest surface... ask ed "the most beautiful fucking oval we've ever played" hehe. it will be a shame if the current state government gets their wish and converts to "just another stadium" but with an open end for the hill. the scg is struggling to hold onto its character since they lost yabbas hill.
oh i exercise 0-2 times per week.. swimming and cricket.. do you play sport pj31?Yeh I've seen Pearl Jam, too. But I can't remember the dates.0 -

Used to play lots, now the sportiest thing I do is box a bit. Had an injury earlier this year, and stopped me playing tennis. Havent played cricket for about 6 years. One of these days I will play again.
