No wonder why I don't paint. I have more on me than I got on my walls and trim work.
I need to find a hot shirtless painter boy to do this for me. Any takers?

A fun weekend of bird hunting with my buddy and his dog!!
I am always reminded of a date I went on years ago when I bring up hunting.. The story takes place at a restaurant just after our drinks showed up at the table..
Date: my friend is having a party next weekend if you wanna come with me
Me: I can't, I am going hunting with my friends
Date: You hunt? (in a less than pleased tone)
me: Hell yes!! I love it.. great to get outside into the wilderness
Date: that horrible.. how could you kill poor animals
me: its easy, when I see them I shoot them.. And I eat everything I kill
Date: unbelievable!
Waitress approaches table: Have you decided yet?
Date: I will have the veil parmesan
Me: ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME!!!
Date: what??Priceless

A direct quote from the American Heart Association Cookbook:
If You Consume Alcohol, Do So in Moderation
Moderate alcohol intake has been associated with reduced cardiovascular events in many populations.2 This association is not only found with wine but also with other alcoholic beverages.61,62 Unlike other potentially beneficial dietary components, the consumption of alcohol cannot be recom- mended solely for CVD risk reduction. Alcohol can be addictive, and high intake can be associated with serious adverse health and social consequences, including hypertriglyceridemia, hypertension, liver damage, physical abuse, vehicular and work accidents, and increased risk of breast cancer.2
For these reasons, and on the basis of available epidemio- logical data, the AHA recommends that if alcoholic bever- ages are consumed, they should be limited to no more than 2 drinks per day for men and 1 drink per day for women, and ideally should be consumed with meals.63 In general, a 12-ounce bottle of beer, a 4-ounce glass of wine, and a 11⁄2-ounce shot of 80-proof spirits all contain the same amount of alcohol (one half ounce). Each of these is consid- ered a “drink equivalent.”63,640 -

so no more smoking, no more drinking, no more high fat fried greasy foods for BD... :(
hope you like salad! The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.
