Phyllis dough with jam and guava layered between?
The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.

No I got it at BJs. I dunno how to bake. There's no jam it's just guava paste. If you get it from the bakery (as opposed to a big store like BJs) it's got cream cheese in it too. SO MUCH YUM.

yet another fact my cousin does not posses my folks or me or my child or our gifts she was just loving me a little too much but i dont want her in trouble for lying but she doesnt need to anymore bc im not interested she was just supporting the fact that rocks are not supposed to split
but it does happen sometimes and people change into what we dont like anymore and nobody wants baggage

Talk to your doctor's office staff! They will help you with all of the things they can help with. There also may be an insurance specialist that deals with the claims for you. Atleast that's how it can work in America.

my hour is up think i may go back to bed or listen to music as im not really tired
dreamt about history about mums side of the family but i was with a relative or friend
not my mother and i vaguely remember her face she was a fair- haired-brunet to perhaps an ash blonde or a nice mousey brown colored hair she was with us so possibly family or best friend
but my memory is faint about her as i never needed to capture moments...we were all peaceful

Doctor's here just have a secretary who makes the appointments

I need to get an MRI but there's a 6 month wait to get it done through the public system or else €250-350 to get it private. Then if I need the operation it'll cost €1000-€2000 without insurance

Trying to sort myself some insurance before I start the whole process so that I don't have to disclose it as an existing medical condition!

Holy Shit. I might never complain about Medicaid again. (That's a blatant lie.)
