Hahahaha!! Love trash sifting! Especially on large item
Trash day! Good to see you around Pickupyourwill! Have a great Thanksgiving everyone! And Frankie G, option B seems less stressful! :-)

I've gotten so much furniture this way I can't even remember exactly how many pieces. The best is when it's in my own building - I can snatch it before it even hits the curb! :-) got a really nice microwave cart that way last year. It amazes how wasteful people can be, but it is a really huge effort to get shit from my building to the salvation army and they take MONTHS to come pick up.

Frankie, I too hope you left today. Tomorrow doesn't look like it's going to be fun.

Sharing a bed with my cat is almost as difficult as worse than sharing a bed with a person.

You're covered in fur, WHY are you hogging the blanket? Also, you're like 1/10th of my size, WHY are you taking up all the space, forcing me into a tiny corner?

Nope, I weighed the options and I'm gonna brave the snow/traffic tonight. Just got to get through work, then take my time and not rush. The drive should take about 2.5 hours without traffic/delays, but I'm preparing myself to sit for 5.... I sit in traffic alot, so I don't usually get stressed unless I'm late, and as long as I make it home with enough time to sleep before dinner tomorrow then I'll be good. :)) #-o

Holy shit!! I love this time of year.. But it's a LOT of work!! Had a cat dog fight that required simple butterfly stitches in the dog's ear! As I finished that up, I smelled my two pie crusts burning!! So I had to make two new ones which required a trip to the grocery store for more baking soda and graham crackers for the pumpkin pie's crust!! Ugh!! But I got it done, eggs are shocking in the fridge, turkey has a dry brine on it, venison switched from Apple sauce and orange peel
Marinade to salt, sugar and cracked pepper rub, pie filling is prepped, crusts ( second set) are done and chilling in the freezer. Bacon is cooked, yams are shaved boiled and quartered; soaking in a carrot, yam juice sauce, cornbread is cooked, separated, celery walnuts onions and corn are steamed and ready for being made into stuffing, rolls are precooked and cooling on the bread shelf, green beans are snapped and soaking in a salt mix to soften them
Pre bake... And I didn't have time to make mushroom soup, so I had to buy it at the store! On yeah onions fried and pulled, drying on the shelf with the bread! Whew!! Good thing I had help! Poor Zoe... Tried to steal a piece of bacon from the cat!! Lol anyhow, hope everyone's holiday tomorrow is a rocking one!! :-D

    Stop, you're making me hungry!

And never attempt surgery while baking - the timing is just too unpredictable. Surgery first, baking second. (Just wash your hands in between.)

My daughter and her miserable dad

Well I went to an ATM to get some cash did the card pin # etc. I could hear the machine ready to shell out the cash but the window NEVER OPENED!. Then the receipt showed they took my $80 and the guy next to me got his his cash. He said try a smaller amount did that then the machine says system malfunction something like that. I tried the other machine and got the cash.

Well I got on the phone royally pissed which got worse when I couldn't get a human. Then when I did they wanted a verbal password of which I had no idea what it was. All I know is that it had something to do with RUSH. In the end after speaking to another human with a different password answers ill get my money back through claims in 48 hrs.

This ever happen to anybody out there?

    GO TERPS!
    Peace

I've never been to a funeral before, (the actual service, not the reception thingie) are there usually a lot of people there? what is it like? I'm nervous...

Don't be nervous. Is it a church service? They can last 1- 1 1/2 hrs, depending.

No, he wasn't happy with the church, so not in church. I just know there will be a service, with a program, my BIL and SIL will speak, we're expecting 200. We had to move the date so more family could make it.

    This is so weird...
