Glad the prednisone is helping me feel better after feeling awful for a week; keep thinking of my lung CT Scan on Tuesday, mixture of pride for being responsibly preventive & absolute panic.

Nice. I felt myself relax just reading that

Rode my bike this morning 45 minutes/14 miles. Took the kids to New York and walked around manhattan for 7 miles. Now I'm icing my knee. Ugh

    GOD DAMN YOU IKEA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    UGH.

f-king concealed damaged on the doors to the wardrobe I bought last weekend. The mirror shattered when I opened the box. I called because I have no way of transporting the damaged piece back there (the car and human i used to get it to my house are gone) so I asked if I could pay for home delivery. They said I have to GO TO THE STORE to arrange that. UGH!!!! It takes an hour and a half to get there from here via subway & shuttle. I Don't have time for this. :((

Oh yes I hate ikea. That Elizabeth, nj store sucks you in and it's such a struggle to get out. Exhausting in every way. Avoid at all costs. Sorry for your frustration.

Thanks for your concern. It's a 6 day pred pack - so it's a one shot deal. Good luck with the Crohn's, my son has Celiac Disease - took forever to get a diagnosis! But that was 2000 - he was 3 - no one knew anything about it. His cousin has Crohn's.

I made 5 doctor appointments and spoke to my son's football coach in an effort to get an ally in said son's downward spiral. Spoke to my brother in law and my mother. Paid bills. I should feel good for getting that much done while sick. I could have just watched a movie or slept. So why do i feel that i should do more?

The copious amounts of rain falling from the sky and the hour bike ride I have ahead of me if I want to get home.
