    We have lost SO much in the last couple years--many loves ones.   My heart goes out to all affected.  Right now, my son needs his mom and dad to get through this world.   Can you please spare me some mercy, God, for me and my family?  Thank you.

    Gonna keep hiding in this thread for now.   I have repented and atoned for my sins ten times over.  I spent this last year punishing myself for past mistakes, especially that week in October.  I spent a lot of time and money helping others this last half year.  I still have so many responsibilities here.  That's why I am so thankful to those that were trying to help me.  I am forever grateful.  I am doing the best I can right now.  Thank you all and God bless.

    I got a new phone (Galaxy S9+).... I find a new phone so distracting... Maybe work places should allow us one paid new phone day off every two years. :lol:
    The face and iris recognition on this phone is awesome. Works super well, even when I put my glasses on.

    I posted my old smartphone for sale, and these yahoos are texting and calling me about it in the middle of the night! Asking to drop by at 1am, calling to dicker at 2am, etc. Amd phone calls at 7:45 on a Sunday morning. They're all local obviously. They know what time it is. What kind of idiot calls strangers in the middle of the night or early Sunday morning?? Sheesh!

    Thank you Longueuil and I wish it was all hype. I've decided to evacuate after work tomorrow. Not chancing it when I have family 4 hours inland to stay with. I'm packing up the cats and the kid and we are taking off. Bracing myself for 4 hours of cat meows :)

    We are far enough away from the coast that we should be OK. We will just have to deal with flooding primarily.
