That blows Sam. My friends parents had the same issue. They used to fly back to N.Y. (from Florida) to go to their doctors appointments cuz they had no coverage in Florida.

Sorry to hear that Sam! I don't want to suggest this, but worst case scenario, go to the ER. I'm pretty sure they will take your insurance. You tried calling the number on your card and asking them to help you find the closest Dr.? I don't know what else to suggest..

Visiting home in 3 weeks and I have 3 doctors appointments (hopefully 4) scheduled. It's a pain.

5 years ago today was my first Pearl Jam show! :) After being a fan for 2 years, finally seeing them live was an unforgettable experience. The first night of MSG often gets overshadowed by the 2nd, but it really held its own, too. Nothing more special than seeing your favorite band in that building.

Life is a really weird thing.. It comes so quickly, and ends just As quickly.

Have had Sirens stuck in my head all day after the incident at work today.. You'd think after s year working in the ER I'd be used to this.. Maybe I'm just not calloused enough to be used to it. I don't know.. I just know that for some reason today's incident really fucked with my head..

My car is on that major recall list...I'm already at risk since I'm so short, I have to sit unusually close to the steering wheel. So either way, if I get into an accident and the airbag goes off...it won't be pretty.

What's horrible is that those Takata fuckers knew how bad their airbags were. Reminds me of that scene in Fight Club where Ed Norton is explaining if a recall is more expensive than a lawsuit, they don't do the recall. Fuckers.

    Be safe.

I'm right along with you. Shy of 5' 1", I have to sit with the seat pulled waaaayyy up. There's about 12" in between. Smash, bash and crash? We should be able to be compacted and impaled quite nicely. :worried:

So I got my hair cut one week ago today. This morning I realize that the hair on my right side is longer than the hair on my left side. Is it possible that it's grown out uneven like this or did I really not notice that I got a shitty hair cut for a full week? And do I go back to the same place to get it fixed or try a different place? Why is life so hard :skull:

5'2" here and I have to sit really close too! Only my scary car thing is:
I have a 2003 Kia Spectra. And they are know for the pressure moderator valve in the BRAKE SYSTEM going out!!! So one day I was backing out of the driveway, and I had brakes, and then I didn't !! Scariest feeling in the world.. I replaced that part and called the Kia people, who informed me that it wasn't an issue enough to recall, just replace the part.. ( which AGAIN could go out on you at any time!! But costs 600.00 to replace).

Class of 2015 is graduating today. Can't believe tomorrow will mark a year since I graduated. I'm in a real difficult place I didn't think I would be in. I feel whichever way I turn, I'll be compromising something. Just gonna have to see what will hurt the "least."

Sucks that a year ago I had such hope for my future. I had dreams and drive and ambition, I was happy. I don't know if I can say the same now.

Sounds like a bad haircut to me. I would go back to the place that did it wrong, since they will fix it for free.... unless you really just can't trust them anymore.

Better go get that checked out , it could be a symptom of something more serious.

I agree. That could be a symptom of a stomach problem or even a liver problem (could be nothing too of course, but better safe than sorry).

So I've replaced that thing twice.. But now, if it goes out.. I'm really fucked cause I don't have the money to replace it again. Not to mention, my sister has been borrowing my car since I've not been driving til I get this medical shit straightened out.. So my niece is in there yoo. She knows about the possible part failure.. But it's a running

I know nothing about anatomy or health but a friend of mine was like that for a couple months, he could never finish his food no matter how hungry he was. Then he wound up having to get emergency gall bladder removal surgery. I don't know if it's related, I really have no idea about this stuff but if I was you I'd ask the doctor about it.
