in other news...I feel: how much is a new furnace going to cost? I have to get some guy to come out and "assess the conditions of the house to give a good recommendation" because they can't go off the model of the old one, or a description of the house including square footage. It's just a freaking rental, I don't care how much money the tenants are going to save on heating costs...put on a sweater!
