Sucks, eh? Starting to consider a sleep clinic. I've had unexplained and seemingly untreatable insomnia on and off for years. Getting sick of it!
Disconnect for at least 3 hours before you sleep, NO PHONE, no TV, No PEARL JAM, No computer.
Read a book. Take a warm bath.
Buy melatonin .
Oh, trust me. I have tried EVERYTHING over the years (and had been reading for two hours before giving up and logging on tonight). Absolute expert on possible aids and tactics. Seen doctors, read books, researched online. All possibilities considered. Nothing works (so far). That's why I'm considering a sleep clinic.

This suspicious looking mole on my arm that I just realized is looking weird doesn't help though. I'm at high risk for melanoma (sister and dad have had it, both needed surgery - sister almost lost her arm and needed skin grafts - and I've had precancerous cells removed already), and this doesn't look too good. Better go see a dermatologist too. :shock:
