A most stressful weekend and 2 days before Thanksgiving break ahead. So much to do and barely time to relax. :(

Here's hoping the pizza this year for our office's annual sober bowling excursion isn't as God-awful as last year. I'm freakin' hungry! :?

SO a few months back I catch one of the lot kids smoking weed on the job. I take him in my office, read him the riot act, make him throw the weed away and essentially let him know I'm cutting him a break. So what happens about 15 minutes ago....he gets caught by another manager here smoking again and tells him I know he smokes weed on the job. Kid was sent home and I certainly hope he doesn't show up Monday morning because lets just say it's going to be a short tenure for him moving forward here. :x

I'm not into anymore. Frustrating because for his skill level (no college education, no technician experience, etc.) we pay very well for what he does. I mean the kid makes $14/hour plus benefits to move cars all day. Just don't know what goes through some people's heads. :fp:
