so my son just got his learner's permit. On Sunday, I took him out to practice for the first time, so we went to this huge empty parking lot. He gets in behind the wheel and I am showing him what all the levers and buttons are for and a police car pulls up right next to us.
I couldn't believe it - behind the wheel for less than five minutes and the police are there! :fp:
we passed him on the way into the lot, he just wondered what we were doing there. :roll:

Well, I was learning to drive a manual so me and some friends could pull off another job with a specific vehicle in mind. I didn't get caught but I did manage to plow the stolen rig square into a snow bank. It was an icy road and it was a small pickup with zero wight in the back. How could I have known?
Anyhoo, the guy who stopped to pull us out never seemed to question the fact we were all too young to be driving in the first place.
For the record, I have changed my evil ways... well, some of them, sort of, not really. :twisted:
