The newsletter said something about staying tuned for free downloads from the Vault for 10C editions of the album, I presume that means yes free downloads, but that it's not from the shows available for the other version.

If you put your album into your computer a backspacer menu comes up, in one of the options it asks you to download 2 full shows but the options of shows are limited to i think about 10 rangeing from 05 to 08

Customs are really cracking down on the import charges due to the increase in people importing especially from eBay etc...plus the government got to raise money somehow...
I think 10C use USPS for general merch stuff so it will come via Royal Mail here, I've ordered a T shirt and a water bottle and am expecting to pay charges. These are the limits -
If you buy goods online from a country outside the European Union, for instance the USA, Canada, China, Australia
You will be charged:
Customs duty if the amount of duty is €10 (£7) or over
Import VAT if the value of the goods is €22 (£18) and over

I actually think the special shop editon looks better as it has the cool cutout and the pictures are bigger. Plus you get two free downloads.
