Then he should join a network that does fair reporting and maybe he'd get interviews like this.
What like MSNBC
MSNBC is a joke too. Your intellectual blind spots are pretty apparent there when you rant all damn day about how slanted msnbc is but refuse to acknowledge any sort of bias in Fox's news agenda.0 -
Fox does lean right ther's no denying that but, they do report first on stories that some other Networks are slow to report on. Like ACORN.
And what network should he join then since you are the go to guy when it comes to journalistic standards ?0 -

Maybe because ACORN is not an important news story and they get those things first because nobody else cares to cover them because nobody else is desperately seeking to destroy all candidates that aren't right wing? Kinda like how fox was all over the disgusting witch hunt that was swift boats for truth.0 -

ACORN isn't important  Yeah ok:? Um let's see.. I guess the U.S. Census Dept must think it's a big deal or they wouldn't have cut their ties with them. Or maybe all the congressman and senators would have deciced to not cut off their federal funding ( Money from TAX PAYERS ) if they didn't think it was a big deal. You obviously don't know what you're talking about. It's not even worth trying to have a discussion with you because you only see and hear what you want to. If you don't think ACORN isn't a huge story than with all due respect you are totally misguided. Have you not seen the clips?
Why don't you go ask what Marcel Reid thinks. She was a former board member that was booted in the summer of 2008 when she tried to open up their books.Post edited by WaveCameCrashin on0 -
Amen. MSNBC is a joke. It's too much to ask for in the country to just get the fucking news. No slant. No agendas. Just the news.
ACORN is some bad apples doing bad shit. Just the same as a couple of guys from Blackwater doing bad shit. Did you see that on Fox News. How's it different than some bad apples at the US embassy in Afghanistan only promoting females after sexual favors. Should we go ahead and just cut all ties with Blackwater and the military and embassy in Afghanistan because of some bad apples? Guess which of the three is getting the LEAST money from the government?0 -

No, it's not. The whole story was, like Rev Wright, birth certificates, and all that other nonsense, a desperate attempt by the right and Fox to find anything to take down his candidacy. I couldn't give a flying fuck about the fact that the man once did some volunteer work with an organization with occasionally sketchy practices. Obama's from Chicago. There aren't any organizations without sketchy practices in the entire city!
But I guess it explains a lot about why you think Foxnews is a good place to get the real, fair story. When their producers aren't manipulating the news stories they're covering for better ratings and outrage.
As to what news network he should join, I couldn't say. I avoid cable news generally. But I know fox and msnbc are a joke, so maybe one of the major networks or cspan if he wants. But nobody watches cspan. Because they just cover shit... and that pales compared to the joly you get from a nice old fashioned foxnews "OBAMA enacts law to eat your baby at the white house!" tagline to go with horror movie sound effects and whatnot.0 -
How IS ACORN important? You tell me. I had to investigate them over a year ago about questions people were raising about voter registration...and nothing0

Did you investigate using real, fair and balanced sources like Fox? If you had, you'd know that they are all secretly militant islamic ninjas aiming to begin genocide against white christians by manipulating the polls. Or so I hear.0 -

I agree with you on the whole Blackwater situation, But don't all three get money from the same source ? The Taxpayers..0 -

I worked on Obama's US Senate campaign and worked with him in the Illinois Senate. I work for the State of Illinois.0 -

Well, I hope you don't plan on making a living as an investigator.0 -

Well, I hope you don't plan on making a living as an investigator."You can tell the greatness of a man by what makes him angry." - Lincoln

This has nothing to do with Obama.Maybe if you actually watched the news you might know this.0 -

Actually, I investigated them last year. I work in election law. Were there lazy ACORN workers filling out their voter registration forms with bogus names? Yes. Would those ever make it onto the voter rolls? No. Election authorities have a very detailed system when it comes to registering someone to vote.0 -

Fox News has made it more than clear that they're not interested in reporting news, they're not interested in being "fair and balanced" and they're not interested in anything but trying some kind of ambush.
Why should he bother playing with them?He won't go on Foxnews because they'll ask him all the questions he doesn't want to answer.

Yeah, questions like "have you stopped beating your wife yet?" or "who helped you fake your birth certificate?" or "how many babies did you eat today?"
Fox "News" isn't interested in news.. they're not a news station... he isn't going to bother.
By the way... why didn't Dubya go on any shows at all?0 -

Or maybe it's because he doesn't want to answer questions they would already have the answers to if FOX hadn't been so childish and petty and refused to broadcast his speech outlining his plans for health care.0 -
President Obama is probably not going on with Chris Wallace on FOX News for the same reasons why former President George W. Bush (or former Vice President Dick Cheney) would probably have not gone on with Keith Obermann on MSNBC.
To me... the answer is obvious... and you'd think an 'investigative journalist' would know that.Allen Fieldhouse, home of the 2008 NCAA men's Basketball Champions! Go Jayhawks!
