    The Fixer, Amongst the Waves, Supersonic, Speed of Sound

    OK:

    Gonna See My Friend, Johnny Guitar, Just Breathe, Force of Nature

    Amongst the Waves could end up great for me, and Gonna See My Friend, and Johnny Guitar, good.

    I LOVED Just Breathe when I heard it on the Backspacer promo vid, but it hasn't aged well for me. It's a nice song but a little thin. Force of Nature just doesn't do it for me at all.

    2) Johnny Guitar
    3) Force of Nature
    4) Just Breathe
    5) Got Some
    6) The Fixer
    7) Gonna See My Friend
    8) Unthought Known
    9) Supersonic
    10) Speed of Sound
    11) The End
    ............................................... I do not actively dislike any of these songs .... The End is a tad morbid. Speed of Sound is one that might improve when it gets the live treatment.

    For me, top 3 and bottom 1 were very easy, 4 thru 10 could almost be thrown up in the air and come down in any order

    How to pick? This is not easy & of course keeps changing. I must really like this CD - those songs I have on the bottom are really good! My top 3 should all be # 1. They are outstanding!

    3. Johnny Guitar - (not sure why everyone is ragging on this song, great lyrics - great delivery - great backstory, very Ted Leo-ish)

    9. Just Breathe - (trying hard to like it, just haven't gotten there yet)
    10. Supersonic - (sounds like a track that didn't make the cut for Lost Dogs)
