I heard Just Breathe on the radio

I was in LA today for work...
Get into the rental car, was disappointed that XM wasn't activated so I scrolled through the stations.

Getting past 75% Spanish channels I hit an alternative rock channel. They were playing something shitty so I moved on...
Hit 100.3 (a classic rock channel) and heard the first part of Just Breathe and was BLOWN AWAY!
Turned it up, and it made my day!


Awesome song that I never expected to hear on the radio!!! Awesome!!!

    Yeah, they play an album side on vinyl every night at 8. Tonight was Side 1 of Backspacer. :)

    Wow. I am flabbergasted. That's great to know. LA isn't exactly known for its PJ-friendly radio stations. KLOS 95.5 was extremely PJ friendly at one point, but I am not sure how much play then get on that channel anymore apart from Jim Ladd...

    Pretty sure nothing other than The Fixer would be played here in Phoenix...

    It was funny because when I got to the station I didn't recognize it at first then I was like "waaaaait a minute..." :lol:

    great station!! not really classic rock but more best of old, best of new and some deep cuts...glad to hear them playing jb!! :mrgreen:

    Free BIrd absolutely does *not* suck. Although Tuesday's Gone is better, as far as famous Skynyrd songs go.

    then again, i really don't listen to radio.

    It's #5 on their playlist. I don't think there's a definitive second single. Because I heard Just Breathe and Got Some here in NYC. And on Sirius satellite radio. They've practically played every song on the album.
