    So far Amongst the Waves, but as I digest it I'm sure it could change. But for now, I'm just awestruck by the sentiment of the song.

    Unknown Thought.... and I have to say, as with most PJ music, I enjoy the songs written by Ed or Stone the most... They should write everything.

    That's the only song you like? You have ridiculously high standards than. You must not like many albums that come out. And I'm not trying to be an ass, but liking only one of the eleven songs on this album is not normal.

    It's not that, it's just this album is to "poppy" and "trendy" for me. I hate the piano, and all the little extra harmonics in the bulk of the songs, and why did they have to put in orchestra backing in The End? :/

    The Speed of Sound demo was much better than whats on the record, they did entirely to much with it. It's just a totally different sound to me. It's sounds more like a Train album than a Pearl Jam one.

    Got Some is the only song on that record that doesn't seem forced.

    Sorry guys, I'm just not a huge fan of this record. We all have our own taste, and this album just doesn't do anything for me.

    I liked parts of it. I was never a huge fan of WWS or Life Wasted, but I was a huge fan of Inside Job and Severed Hand. If I had to rank the albums it's second to the bottom right above Backspacer.

    Come Back is pretty badass to. Listening to Backspacer has made me appreciate Avocado even more actually. It just has more of a "heavy" feel to it. I think Got Some belongs on this record, Backspacer is much to happy for it.
