2 dudes need ride after 10/30 show to ATL City:

Here's the scoop. Me and my buddy are heading into Philly to see the 10/30 and 10/31 shows. I'm 34, he's 27, we're Pearl Jam veterans and all around good fellas. We have a 3.5 star hotel room booked in Atlantic City Friday nite, with a plan of doing a little gambling after the PJ show. My friend has a vehicle (driving in from Chicago) but both of us will be in club seats at the show with an open bar. In other words, driving after the show to Atlantic City is not a possiblility.

So are there any people (max 2 I would say) who are going to the show on 10/30 and would be interested in driving to Atlantic City afterwords, have a free place to stay in a nice hotel, and then drive back into Philly the next day? Obviously we just need to get back for the show the next night.

We are looking into other options, but I just thought I would throw this out there, as maybe some people might be interested in a free night's stay in Atlantic City, while helping out a couple fellow Pearl Jammers navigate what is going to be a helluva fun two days.

I am sure you are already aware of this but you can take a train straight to AC. Either from NJ or from 30th and Market in Philly. Good luck and i hope to see you at the Wishlist Philly Pre Parties!

Yeah seriously it's a short 5-minute/$2 subway ride from the Wachovia Spectrum to 30th and Market and you can go to the 30th street station and take the train directly to Atlantic City: http://www.njtransit.com/sf/sf_servlet. ... edulesFrom
