Anyone know Ambur or Michael Philbin? Ticket scam

I know it's a longshot but wondering if anyone knows Ambur or Michael Philbin or someone who goes by that? Paid for some tickets with Paypal and haven't heard anything or got a response since. Supposedly in Washington state. Thanks

    file a complaint over paypal, sooner rather then later. they will refund (some of) your money.

    Yeah I started a dispute already but you only get money back if the seller has money in their account, if its a scam they likely take the money out right away.
