    Best out there is off the Tribute to Hero's disc if you ask me.

    Sydney 1 03 is a bleedingly good version though.

    Berlin 96 is handy too.
  • Without a doubt, Long Road in Mountain View, CA in 2003 was a very strong, powerful performance. That is my favorite version.
    Up here so high I start to shake, Up here so high the sky I scrape, I've no fear but for falling down, So look out below I am falling now, Falling down,...not staying down, Could’ve held me up, rather tear me down, Drown in the river

    tribute to heros, san diego 06, and eddie vedder dead man show los angeles of 98 are all amazing. no, for real, amazing!
  • San DIego 2006, probably because my name is Clayton.
    {if (work != 0) {
    work = work + 1;
    sleep = sleep - work * 10;}
    else if (work >= 0) {
    reality.equals(false);
    work = work +1;
    }system("pause");
    return 0;}
  • San Diego 2006 is good because you get the story behind the song.
    Phoenix 2000 was awesome because it was a very stormy night with tons of rain and lighting in Phoenix and when they took they stage and the smoke covered the stage and created a mystical setting and it sounded amazing to me live.
  • 6/24/06 Cincinnati, OH is pretty solid if you ask me...

    From night 1 in Chicago :D ... gave me chills.

    Wasn't even a fan of this song til I heard it there.
  • Obviously Tribute To Heroes, other than that I would say Wembley '07, Ed's vocals were AMAZING.

    My vote goes to Atlantic City 2005 because the crowds sings the "we all walk the long road" part at the end of the song which sounds pretty cool imo.

    The acoustic experiment, July 11th, 2003. Absolute magic. I wasn't at this show, but am praying they play it some day when I'm in attendance, as I've never seen it live.

    That one is my favorite and a moment in my life that I will NEVER forget. I was row 2 center stage and cried my eyes out. It's on the Touring Band dvd...I was SOOOOOO proud to see it there, as the first song.

    It was such a gorgeous desert night with a beautiful breeze, outdoor concert. It was PURE ORGANIC MAGIC.

    Such a beautiful memory eched into my brain, forever. *sigh*

    I agree Atlantic City (Borgata Casino) night 1, is my favorite as well. If anyone hasn't heard this, you gotta check out the sing-along at the end, it's incredible!

    There's also a version that aired on VH1 where him and another singer chant during the latter part of the song (I know the other singer's name but don't want to attempt to spell it without looking it up). Great version!! It might be up on Gremmie.

    Long Road is one of my top 10 PJ songs and now I feel like listening to a few live versions throughout the day. :) I've been lucky enough to get it twice.
