i hope you are not saying that CNN tells the truth either. both fox and cnn are the same. of course so is every indep. news outlet. they are just selling you what you want to hear.

I assumed nothing about you. See my above post for exactly what I meant. I simply made a statement on how anyone who is partisan assumes that their particularly politically leaning news outlet is the one that spouts the truth. And nutjobs seem to think that no one tells the truth, yet they seem to know it all, the only ones who see the "real picture". I laugh at those people.

I think that way back in 2002 Ed recommended a list of books he thought the fan base might read. I think he is trying, in a subtle way to educate us, inspire us for change. I know when I read some of them, it kinda fucked me up, because it opened me to the truth, which is not always good news.

The poster of this thread may see him as a hero. He may have been inspired by one of the books that Ed suggested such as Ishmael. These are life changing stories.

I would guess Ed can't help us except for writing about change and setting a good example himself. Plus I'm sure he is pretty busy with two very important people.

I do agree, he does feel like an excellent leader and to me a father figure. However he is only a man, we can't lay every burden on him because he feels like an evolved soul. It's too much for a fragile person to take.
