Not trying to argue at all, but with the posters, you cannot prove wether they were purchased from 10C directly or not, seller could have obtained posters at gig or from artist website...with the tickets, it's obvious...

still. I think 10c pretty much implies that whether or not you buy it at the show on through here they don't want you making a profit on any items they sell on others. I was just saying that I don't think 10c is going to seek out this ticket seller and bring him down

User's, especially 10club member's who buy the Pearl Jam just to sell it on eBay, for more then what they paid for are dickheads. That's right. Dickheads! If you are a fellow 10club member, why not sell the item here, where you bought the item. @ 10club. Sell it @ the cost you paid for it. To just buy something HERE, to only make profit out of it, running a business, well my friend, you are a dickhead. You know it, I know it and everybody in the whole Pearl Jam community know it. Are you a fan or are you just a user here only to make profit? Running a side business (maybe this is your day job, collect the interest or profits made of the sale). Well, to the user's who posted here & agree it's ok, well it's not. Yes, the one selling his/her 10club ticket on ebay, is yes, a douchebag, like a few who already called them names. But to only buy & collect Pearl Jam, just to make profit, you my friend, are a dickhead. Till the end of time & your passing. If you think it's ok to buy something, and to resell it back, not at the value you paid for it, and not here where you original bought it, well, you know what your title is. Don't think dickhead is the only word we can call you. Cause there are many, many words you can be classified. And fyi, 10 club member's help each other out. Just like what real friends do. You help one another out. If you think this is right, to make profit out of Pearl Jam, by selling your 10club bought ticket, above the mark value, more then what you paid for here @ 10club; then you belong in the nut house, with the key's thrown into the mouth of a great white shark. How stupid are you trying to sell a Ten Club ticket? You know the rules, you know why you joined and you know the way the Ten Club issues tickets in order for them not to be resold.

Even in the most recent confirmation email it states:

"Reselling of 10c tickets for above face value will result in cancellation of ticket purchase, and revocation of all future ticket benefits from the Ten Club."

Plain dumb and unfair to other Ten Club members who were unable to buy a ticket.

Yup... and for those who said it started at a low bid.... it's how ebayers work, they almost never start at the face value to bid on. :P

That's the whole point of hooking people into bidding on ebay, bidders hoping they'd get a "good deal"... it's a psychology game. I've seen this all the time... so people are just full of shit when they are defending this.

It's also to satisfy the seller's guilt of saying well it's the bidder who decided to pay this much... not my fault that it went over face value... *shrugs*

They could have done reverse auction if they couldn't do it at face value.

As for minding our own "fucking" business.... that's one of the reasons why we are in this sorry ass mess.... because people are told or want to mind their own "fucking" business when rules are broken. :P

Just shoot an email to <!-- e --><a href="mailto:auction@tenclub.net">auction@tenclub.net</a><!-- e -->.... it's up to them what they are going to do, but it's clear that this person violated the Ten Club rules when purchasing the tickets.
