from BRAZIL to PHILLY, help!

Hi everyone! finally i'm turning my dream into reality, i'm leaving Brazil to Philly, to see Pearl Jam. As i'm there, I wonder if i could get some tips from Philly residents, like : good hotel to stay; places to visit; weather; etc..

    there will be updated things to do in Philly/South Jersey later as we get closer but between all the sports events going on, seeing philadelphia, and enjoying the beauty of the pine barrens or the Atlantic Ocean of South Jersey, you should be fine
