anyone know anything about Snow Patrol???
    Coldplay-lite.

And Irish, hence being favored by U2.

I was going to the 9/21 Gillette show but not any longer (going to the NYC shows instead) so I have a GA ticket up for grabs.

Face value + fees. Hope somebody wants/needs it.

Check a week or so before for lot times..there might be more information as the date draws closer.

I am going both nights as well. GA for both. One night i'll try to get as close as I can..the other I'll hang back and enjoy the massive stage etc.

didn't see times on there, but i think it's retarded that you can't overnight park. what if you come from NH in a winnebago and are going to both shows? Pats fans can come on Saturday and tailgate through Monday morning if they want.

Their nationality is pretty much a running joke here - a few of them are from northern ireland, some from Scotland. Hence: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fNNF75DdJxQ

They have some catchy enough songs: Run, Wow, Set The Fire To Third Bar...its all very Coldplayish though.

they came on at 9pm last night, apparently. Thank God I took tomorrow off from work, between getting out of Foxboro and how late they went on.

so how was it? Was parking/traffic crazy?

going tonight so I'll let you know from my vantage point.

    Couple of things:

Apparently traffic is really bad so plan accordingly. Many reports on the Globe link of readers getting home at 3am.

It got a little cold according to some.

Sound wasn't great in some parts of the stadium.

Had a lot of fun last night. Got there at 3, tailgated to 815 and got to our seats 20 min later. Sat in sec 239. U2 came on about 8:53. Good setlist...didn't open with Breathe and played Beautiful Day late into the set. Would've liked Desire or Bad instead of MLK or Unforgettable Fire but a good set overall. Wished Pride as well, but alas. Traffic sucked indeed!

  • my review is a combo of both nights...(set list is for night 2 in the review)

I had no issues w/parking. Sunday I was in my kitchen at 11:40 (and yes I heard the final chime of Moment of Surrender) and last night 11:45. Parked pretty far from the stadium, but that walk saves a TON of hassle.
