    The opener for Spectrum shows will be The Who. :D That is my guess.

    DUDE, Ted Leo may be opening the door at the Spectrum, but there is NO WAY IN HELL they open the show for Pearl Jam. Mark my words!!!!!!! 8-)

    This announcement has nothing to do with the opening band. The Spectrum's twitter page said they're announcing another Spectrum show on Monday. Coincidence? I think not. Rejoice for PHILLY 3!!!

    As long as S-K doesn't close the show with Leaving Here, Fortunate Son and RITFW. That was like having the best birthday cake in the world, and then some kid spitting all over it while trying to blow out the candles.

    they were a fucking incredible band though and i miss them so much.

    It's funny. How I thought those Leaving Here, Fortunate Son, RITFW sit-ins were horrible. Yet, I thought their sit-ins on Hunger Strike were masterpieces. I guess Hunger Strike matches up with S-K's strengths. For those other songs, all I can say is that was probably fun for the bands.

    If you havent heard The Promised Land (Ed w/ SK) from the 2005 Philly show, you are really missing out. one of Ed's best performances ever, IMO, and I dont think I'm overstating that.

    I think so. he sings Bruce songs with such passion. that song just gives me goosebumps, and I'm not a big Bruce fan, but Ed does his songs so well.

    Of course, I have no basis for this other than the pure awsomeness such an event would carry with it.
