One PJ album you'd love to hear live start to finish?

With Pearl Jam and Ten's 20th birthday coming up and with the trend of some bands playing albums start to finish live when it's their birthday (Metallica with Master of Puppets, Mudhoney with Superfuzz Big Muff and Pixies with Doolittle and probably loads of others) which Pearl Jam album would you like to hear played in it's entirety live?

I would love to hear Yield, but then again... I enjoy what they do now so I'm not so fussed if they did this or not, just thought it was an interesting topic! :)

  • I'm stuck between VS and BINAURAL, but I think I'll go for the first as I think it would just work better with the crowd.
we're all going to the same place...
  • I think I will have to go with No Code.
    Astoria 20/04/06, Leeds 25/08/06, Prague 22/09/06, Wembley 18/06/07,
    Dusseldorf 21/06/07, Manchester 17/08/09, London 18/08/09, LA 06/10/09, LA 07/10/09.

Ain't gonna be any middle anymore.

I think everyone would agree with this to some extent, other than the fact that you often get the whole thing during every show they do.

If that wasn't the case it would be very high on my list.

Aside from Deep (1) and Oceans (2), I think I've heard every song on Ten at least 6 times. Yield is my fav album and also had 4 songs that I have NEVER heard live (No Way, ATY, Pilate, Push Me Pull Me). The only other album that I have as many songs that I haven't heard live yet is Binarual, also at 4.

It was an easy choice for me :)

    My motivation exactly.

I've seen everything on Ten, multiple times.

    TEN

    1 Once
    12 Even Flow
    11 Alive
    7 Why Go
    10 Black
    4 Jeremy
    2 Oceans
    8 Porch
    3 Garden
    1 Deep
    3 Release

Yield is my favorite album and I've only seen this:

    YIELD

    3 Brain of J
    2 Faithfull
    0 No Way
    7 Given to Fly
    2 Wishlist
    0 Pilate
    8 Do the Evolution
    0 Red Dot
    1 MFC
    1 Low Light
    1 In Hiding
    0 Push Me, Pull Me
    0 All Those Yesterdays

I saw Roger Waters do Dark Side of the Moon. It was awesome. Not the same as the real thing obviously, but still pretty amazing. Not to mention he also played Wish You Were Here, Comfortably Numb, Shine on You Crazy Diamond, Have a Cigar and Another Brick in the Wall Part II. Great show.

Good Point. Beginning to end it is just my favorite album and I feel like it gets no love around here.

No Code but they might have to invite Jack Irons back to play drums. I love Matt Cameron but Irons did a better job with the No Code songs.

i concur..."in my tree" just isn't the same to me w/out jack. and it would have to be w/out the boom solo...it kinda ruined the song for me when i heard it live :( but no code would be my choice!

    1) Lost Dogs (both discs)
    2) Yield (actually playing "red dot", not untitled)
    3) Backspacer (Hopefully I hear this over 3 nights in Philly)

I too would love to hear Vitalogy start to finish, "filler" included. It is my favorite album. I would love to hear them jam Aye Davanita out for a while!
