I was doing well until I my two Supersonic related threads started pumping.....and I totally lost track of time. Now I'm eating. Then I'm back to work.
The amazing thing was the 30 second clips from each song.
7 98's ,NZ being one of them. I have those all in the living room which gets more sun than the hallway bedroom etc so didnt need UV glass for those. All professionally done though. Good framer here in Wanaka. Have had all my poster art on display in his gallery a couple of times.
That's awesome. I'll be in Queenstown for New Years this year, if we head to Wanaka I might pop in to see them all! Do you have an expressobeans account? I'd love to check out your collection.
P.S. I'm sure you don't have them in direct sunlight, right? Even though they're under UV glass, full sun will still fade them.

I just ate a heap of pumpkin soup my mum made......my guts are exploding. I don't eat breakfast so I get reallllly hungry at lunch and then I eat and get realllly full. That feeling will only last for an hour or so...and then I get realllly hungry by dinner. lol
I need to lose another 5 or more kilos....I've even cut back on my beer and wine! :shock:

now see, you should eat breakie, some carbs or some protein to fuel you up ... then a light lunch with some more protein, then a small dinner. and snack on fruit.
mind you, even tho i preach this, i rarely stick to it either. dinner is our downfall - with two teenage boys you just cant skimp ... and they are both built like freaken beanpoles

I find that if I eat breakfast, I actually get hungrier throughout the day. I sit on my arse all day and all night remember....so I don't need a lot of food to fuel me. I stopped eating breakfast about 2 months ago because I just wasnt hungry and the weight is falling off. I reckon i've dropped a dress size already. I want to be 8/10 --- I was up to a 12 and they got tight a few months ago! Fuck that! :shock:
Anyway, how about if I eat an apple for breakfast? Would that help? I don't want carbs....I don't burn them off throughout the day.

You want to put on weight? The only way I know is to drink a shitload of alcohol which results in drunken munchies....worked for me!
drunken munchies are awesome, especially when ya wake up with an aweful hangover and you still have half a pizza left from the munchies of the night before!

Yeah Im pretty lean and burn heaps so I really have to be conscious what I eat. LOTS of it. Currently snacking on home made rissoles. BUT Ive been pretty much spot on 80kg for the last 6-7 years.
