Gorge 05 - or Santa Barbara 03 - ease em in with an acoustic set.

Seattle 2000... Show 72. Is the band at their best... If you could just somehow eliminate Evacuation.

    You're stupid.
  • I always go to Missoula 5.28.03 if people want to hear some good PJ and aren't real familiar with it.

Such a great vibe on the Can't Keep opener, and it carries right through this excellent casual/high energy show. Great song selection, great encores ... if this one doesn't catch their ear then I know we don't share the same tastes in music ;)

as was the show that got me hooked....ATLANTA 94 Broadcast.
we don't want war, but we still want more?

That's funny. I didn't even realize your screen name. I will say it's not as bad as some people make it out to be, just not my cup of tea... It is still a PJ song though, so it's obviously good.

Are we talking bootleg bootlegs or PJ bootlegs. If so Melb 95 & 98 for sound quality & setlists. I actually think these sound better than some of the official ones, if they all sounded like the lo2l you would have a hard decision. I just prefer real bootlegs if they have good sound quality. New York JULY 9 2003 is a ripper though.
    Eastern Creek 95,Syd 1 98,Bris 2 98, Syd 1&2 03, Reading Fest 06, Bris 1 06, London 09, Hyde Park 10, Gold Coast BDO 14 Budapest 22 Krakow 22 Amsterdam 22 St Paul 1&2 23 Chicago 1&2 23 Chicago 1&2 24 New York 1 24 Philly 1&2 24 Boston 1&2 24 Gold Coast 24 Melbourne 1 24 Sydney 1&2 24
  • I'd say go for a classic quality sounding show like Atlanta 94, one of the Melbourne shows (maybe 98). Something with a fairly digestable set list, although I was at and love Boston 3, it's maybe not the best for a new starter. Milan 00 is also a great show, shame the sounds of the Euro boots is so quiet! A festival show is a good shout, Lolla 07 or Reading 06. Otherwise put together your own set list from various classic shows. Give him MTV unplugged too
    My PJ shows:
