I like it, but is it the entire album cover, or nine separate covers?
Hm, maybe there isn't going to be one "real" cover, just a bunch of different ones. My guess for now is that none of those are going to be the album cover, they'll just be in the album booklet or something, but I'm interested to see how it plays out.
I wish I was as fortunate, as fortunate as me.

That was very cool... Meaning, the game/hunt was cool.
Admittedly, I only found 3 on my own, but I looked at lots of places like surfrider.org, aclfestival.com, other places like that, but none of them worked. But it was still fun sitting there trying to think of Pearl Jam related sites, even though most of the stuff was just on news sites.
Downloading song now.
And for all the negative people out there, seriously, grow up. This is a message board. It's anonymous and virtual and I guarantee that 99.99999% of the negative talk on here (directed at other people) would not be said if you were face to face. What's the point of badmouthing someone else or badmouthing the band. Posting opinions is fine, attacking other people is not cool.
It's our favorite band.
It's new music.
It's a fun game.
People are literally waking up today, wondering if they'll have enough food to get through the day, wondering if their home is going to blow up because they live in a war zone, wondering what it must be like to have electricity, or own a computer, or surf the internet on their own and even participate in a game like this.
Have some perspective, people. Have fun and have some perspective.

Yeah...I think I figured out the potential problem.... I was cheating by clicking on the links (actually image links) provided by a user on that one site in a comment section...
I just read Kat's post... she's right. :P
I'm going to clear the cookies on firefox and figure this out myself.
Just hope I can get it done before the kids' dentist appt at 2:30pm!
Hopefully that will resolve the problem.... we'll see!

THE ARTWORK IS AMAZING!!!
"Backspacer" could be some of the coolest artwork they've ever put out
-and they've already set the bar pretty high-
I loved the treasure hunt today.
Although, I'll probably get fired for spending so much time on the Internet today at work :?
Whatever...
It was well worth it....I've got a new song in my head.
The demo of "Speed of Sound" is both haunting and beautiful. Ed's songwriting has come a long way. I love the "Into the Wild" feel and can't wait to hear the strings and full band arrangement on the song.

you don't actually have to go to the websites people are listing.
it's not too hard to figure out how it works.
completed the artwork but when saved it to disk, it's only 304kb and it's just info stored for the link itself.
I did this with firefox... so I'll start over with IE and see what happens....

Same problem here.. can't save it.
I'd give it a minute and try again
