Sorry. I DO believe in God.

Each religion has it version of how god should be, do you follow any religion or you just believe in an universal architect? There's no judgement or malice in my question.

    believe and pray
    but not in a church
  • No I don't.

Recently read a great book on the subject of religion and god.

Losing My Religion: How I Lost My Faith Reporting on Religion in America-and Found Unexpected Peace by William Lobell.

To summarize Mr. Lobell was an editor for a small newspaper in OC. He became a born again Christian and soon had his dream job as the religion reporter for the LA Times.

After covering the Catholic Church and their efforts to cover up the raping of young boys he lost his faith.

I heard part of an interview he did on NPR which lead me to read this book.

Check your local library it's worth your time.

Basically their is too much fucked up shit going on in this world for there to be a caring God that christian religions preach.
