I've been feeling gutted all day today. I haven't been able to listen to Pearl Jam on my ipod at all today because it's been depressing me so much - just the thought that they are IN MY CITY RIGHT NOW and I can't go and see them is just too much. :( :(
I've even skipped In Hiding on my ipod just because it would depress me, and I NEVER skip that song usually, lol.
Dammnit, I hope they play In Hiding on the 18th. That would be fantastic."We have to change the concept of patriotism to one of “matriotism” — love of humanity that transcends war. A matriarch would never send her own children off to wars that kill other people’s children." Cindy Sheehan

I hope someone can give us a running commentary on the setlist from there.."We have to change the concept of patriotism to one of “matriotism” — love of humanity that transcends war. A matriarch would never send her own children off to wars that kill other people’s children." Cindy Sheehan

They probably won't be very good either.
I didn't want to go anyway. :?
I didn't want to hear any new songs, or see great surprise guests. :(
Sounds like a great idea, cos unless some miracle happens and my wife sells our youngest child (only 3 so were not that attached to him yet) to fund it, we might as well share the feeling of depression we will all start feeling at around 7 on the 11th!!!
POST. OF. THE. YEAR.
Brilliant.
I'm up for the support party... I'll post when I can... i'm on set list duty :?Been to this many PJ shows: Reading 2006 London 2007 Manchester & London 2009 Dublin, Belfast, London, Nijmegen & Berlin 2010 Manchester 1 & Manchester 2 2012...
... and I still think Drive-By Truckers are better.0 -

Ok just got in. The bouncers searched me but luckily they didn't find the pre rolled doobies. Have been to the bar and they asked me for ID (Bless em i'm nearly 30), managed to down a couple of pints of singing juice and now my throats all lubed and ready to rock.
Lets get down the front and have ourselves a great night.
Come on start with "Go"!0 -

I'm glad I've cheered up some other fans that are missing out tonight, but you know what....I waited 7 years between 2000 and 2007 to see them (baby's got in the way 2006) so I am sooooooooo happy to be seeing them twice in two days next week!!!!
I know that they will kick ass especially for the fans that couldn't get there for this one.0
