Question re SBE tier 3

what exactly does this mean??

    There is the floor and then three balconies. I would presume this is Level 3 ie the top balcony.

    Sorry added the photo while you posted. I've never been in that balcony but know the other balconies are seated at the front with standing at the back.

    EDIT: ... and I believe all seating within a level is GA

    I guess it is beautiful ... I tend to be on the floor so don't see it from that angle and it's usually full of sweaty rockers :P ... last two gigs I went to there Chris Cornell and Terrorvision :lol:
