    Last I knew, calling someone Mr. Or Mrs. wasn't kissing ass. I do it on a regualr basis to be polite.

    Seeing as I am less than half his age, I might call him Mr. Vedder, but maybe Eddie. I may just skip the name calling and just go right into the "I love you" though.

    ed is what i usually call him, on here and in my mind, in conversation, but if i meet him for real with no one else around i'd probably call him "you, that guy, the, pearl jam, and OH MY GOD!" last time i "met him" i couldn't move or speak. how do you talk to one of the few people in the world who changed your life so dramatically?

    Sorry, he wouldn't like that. Apparently at a concert or somewhere a couple of girls called out "We love you Eddie" and he replied "how can you love me when you dont even know me?". He's not into the "I love yous", hero worship type of thing at all. As for myself, I'd just call him Eddie if I ever got to talk to him. As a matter of fact, I did have a (short) coversation with him once. I called out to him over a balcony and he responded in a very nice way.
