    Location, Location, Location!!

    Its confirmed- we now have the Spectrum's permission to set up shop. See OP but we will be somewhere in Parking Lot F!

    Lot F is for flatulence...I wanted G for greatness! :D Yeah I like the lot its nice sized and its in prime location for those walking to and from the spectrum

    hey this may be too soon and too specific, but regarding the table(s) set up...does anyone have a block shelf type thing that we can place items on??? Almost like a block pyramid thing...

    Also...

    Flagpoles will help in the success of this...i have one and will gladly hoist the irish flag or jolly roger, but if anyone else has one that will be there for the duration of the event, it will guide others in the lots to the event.

    (ps...i will not under any circumstance be flying any philly flags thank you!!!) :D

    good question but as much as I love Philly and will defend it with bias, I just as much assume not to leave anything up over night.

    i'll be leaving my tent to be used for 10/30 and 10/31 if necessary. it's up for grabs...anyone with a large suv or truck can take it, providing they use it for the preparties...or...i can just drive it over to the holiday inn and leave it with someone going to 10/30. easy enough. i will, however, be taking my tables, bar, etc back with me though.

    I wouldn't leave anything up either guys

    if anyone is staying at the holiday inn, you could probably ask them if there is a room you can use for storage - you know, that could be their contribution to the charity event

    Or I take it over the bridge and leave it in my truck over night...depending on how big
