the announcement is not going to come today. i don't imagine they'd make the announcement so that scalpers will join up today. of course, they still can, but without 100% certain info of dates. thus, be up to date by midnight, pacific time, and announcement to come tomorrow, or whenever after...tho i personally imagine tomorrow AM on the west coast, noonish east coast.
