Damn you Jack White!!! I was gonna skip this quarter, principle, but you've made that virtually impossible and I may even have the wife sign up for a second subscription to sell later.

Oh fuck, is this just a vault thing? So just for people signed up? From the posts about it on Facebook I thought it was a new album, ie than anyone & everyone can buy. Anyone know?

It is his new album, you can buy the Vault exclusive version now for subscribers with the different color vinyl, 7 inch, and booklet. In a month or so you should be able to pre-order the CD or regular black vinyl is my guess.

My man crush for JW just keeps getting more intense. With today's announcements, it's clear out of PJ and JW who really understands how to release that limited wax.

The album comes out June 10. I'd guess the standard release will be out by the time these hit doorsteps.

What's "cool" about the Vault thing is it's going to be the only special release for this one, like the Lightning Bolt vinyl for Blunderbuss.

Pretty sweet. The vault version is tempting, but I think I'll opt for the standard LP.

I do hope that this album is better than Blunderbuss though. I enjoyed the album, but didn't think it was as amazing as everyone else.

Still holding out hope for a Raconteurs album in the near future

Dang... I thought Blunderbuss was hands down the best album of 2012 and the best since then. But yeah, more Racs would be the tits.

I liked Blunderbuss a lot! But I am always ready for a change. I have faith in JW as a solo artist. I think he'll bring surprises, not just another album that sounds like his last one.... I hope. Even if Blunderbuss was my favorite album in the world I still wouldn't want his second one to be like his first.

Don't get me wrong, I thought it was good, just not the best album of the year. I have had some trouble getting into JW's stuff though since the WS broke-up. The Dead Weather and his solo efforts just don't quench my thirst after being spoiled by the WS and Raconteurs. Raconteurs are IMO his best active project.

I did really like his cover of U2's "Love is Blindness" though. Unbelievable!

Thank you! Pretty excited. :D The customer service seems pretty awesome so far, which is cool.
I should go check out the website more. I haven't had much time to explore TMR; I'm sure I've missed a lot.

They definitely do it up right. I was beyond hooked from the beginning, but have recently been picking a choosing the packages I buy. For the most part they are all great. It would be cool if they included more small prints like the dead weather one early on. The DVD's and books that they occasionally include don't really do it for me.

You are right about the customer service. I ordered the Blunderbuss inverted lightening bolt vinyl and it arrived completely destroyed. I sent them photos and they replaced it, I just had to send the damaged copy back to them.

Also, third man has boxes to put your lp's and 7" records in, which is sweet!

In addition to PJ fans, another group of rabid fans = Jack White fans. RSD vault-only performance just sold out in nanoseconds. I tried to get a pair less than ten seconds into the sale, literally, and they were already sold out.

Was really impressed by the way they are selling this limited version of the new LP. Everyone gets a chance to order, albeit a a rather expensive one but a good investment I would imagine. Don't know what will go down with the single on RSD. If you aren't in Nashville you won't get one unless you go to eBay. Hopefully enough people will purchase that the prices on eBay won't be to crazy.

Just took the plunge on Vault 20. The only ones I don't have are the willie nelson and the recent white stripes (vault 19). One day I might need to complete the collection!
