Update: with the walk only a few weeks away, we've raised $700!!! we're only $300 away from our team goal!! thanks again to everyone that's donated or wished us a kind thought/good luck while we've been raising this money for a very worthy cause!!!
this is the final bump, i promise! we're heading to Austin tomorrow morning & we're all looking forward to participating in the ALS walk!!! if any of you Austinites/Texans want to meet up & walk with us, the walk starts at 1pm in Round Rock at Dell Diamond. just look for the team sign that says "Cluthe's Crusaders".
i also wanted to take the time with this final bump to THANK all of you for your support, encouragement, donations & well wishes. it makes me really proud to be a part of this community. my wife & i, along with the rest of our family, thank you all very much!!!!
it's such a cruel, random disease. i miss my Dad terribly...he had an infectious laugh, a caring heart & a passion for making people happy. he means so much to me and i'm hopeful that with every penny donated, the researchers are just a little bit closer to finding a cure/treatment.
this is for Dad & for everyone else out there that has battled ALS.
