I view this one much like the batmobile poster form the last mini tour ... and if value preservation is your thing ... note that ...
1) only 4 of those A/Ps have been sold
2) the last one sold for $150

that said ... enjoy the print, drop the poster 401k plan ...
This thought comes to mind... How much was the Into The Wild vinyl through 10C??? Does anyone want to give it to me for cost for reasons of "not being a flipper" ???
there's a difference though, between selling something that has appreciated in value and "flipping". it's a fine line sometimes, but it's there.0 -
Hi guys
Well dam it I had to take the wife to the doctors and thought I would have had plenty of time but looks like I was late for the sale, I am going to the maui show and I really wanted either or both of these posters so if anybody wants sell one at a resonable price or wants me to pick up something up for them at the show please PM me as I wanted a signed one to frame.
Thanks allWalkin on a slippery sidewalk listening to P.J0 -

With the Maui show being later in the tour they will likely have both for sale at the show and plenty of them I would assume.0 -
Picked up both EVel rocket and the blue this afternoon - pumped it went so smooth....question for you all....
I remember hearing some discussion last year about the Klausen Eddie Chicago being signed by both Brad and Ed. I didn't purchase an A/P but was that ever confirmed for the once sold through Brad? I was curious, given Brad's email it sounded like Ed was pretty involved in the design of these, maybe he would sign? probably a long shot...but I can hope right????0 -
By the way - I would NEVER flip a poster same day. I love the art too much.0

i consider this theft from the artist... hijacking on sales for profit... it is one thing to have a print that has appreciated in value... but this is disgusting, considering that there are many who would have truly loved to have these prints for the sake of having them, not for making a dime off of someone else's art.
I concur.Wouldn't it be funny if the world ended in 2010, with lots of fire?0 -

The Chicago one was signed by Ed, but the others for that tour weren't. I would expect these to be signed by just Brad...Download the unofficial <a href="http://bit.ly/PJStatTracker">Pearl Jam Stat Tracker</a> app for iPhone/iPad. It's <em>FREE.</em>

Thanks for confirming re the Chicago print. I still am holding out hope for an Ed sig although agree, its a long shot.0 -
Not sure where the ebay flipper got 182 as the run, but omgposters.com indicated the big business was a run of 182, but nothing on the EV prints. I would expect 100 for each.

The thing about the Chicago print was that Ed did most of the art himself. If you look at the print, Ed has top billing, then Brad. It makes sense for him to sign that one. On the others from the 08 tour (Batmobile etc) Ed has 2nd billing, and did not sign those, even though he had a hand in designing them. Since he has 2nd (and 3rd) billing on these, I wouldn't expect Ed to sign them.9-28-96 Randall’s Island NY; 9-01-00 Camden NJ; 7-05-03 Camden NJ; 10-01-04 Reading PA; 10-03-05 Philly PA; 5-27-06 Camden NJ; 5-28-06 Camden NJ; 6-19-08 Camden NJ; 6-20-08 Camden NJ; 6-24-08 NYC NY; 8-7-08 EV Newark, NJ; 6-11-09 EV Philly PA; 6-12-09 EV Philly PA; 10-27-09 Philly PA; 10-28-09 Philly PA; 10-30-09 Philly PA; 10-31-09 Philly PA; 5-15-10 Hartford CT; 5-18-10 Newark NJ; 5-21-10 NYC NY; 6-21-11 EV NYC NY; 6-22-11 EV NYC NY; 6-25-11 EV Philly PA; 7-1-11 EV StL MS; 9-3-11 E Troy WI; 9-4-11 E Troy WI0 -

and I suspect these are bigger run than 100, if it was only 100 it would have sold out faster
especially with people buying more than one
however I would expect a refund for one of them if you did**CUBS GO ALL THE WAY IN......never **0 -

All 4 of the non-Chicago prints from the previous tours (2 for April Fool's West Coast and 2 for '08 East Coast) had A/P runs of 100 ... I'm guessing this will as well. But, we'll know for sure soon enough."You're one of the few Red Sox fans I don't mind." - Newch91

We were aware of that. We were discussing if Liam would be signing them as he took the pic.

Yeah, I hear ya. Was more wishful thinking than anything, hearing about Ed's love for Evil Keneivel.0 -

I picked up the Mogwai and Big Business prints and couldn't be happier...
I'll probably pick up the rocket at the discount price via 10C... $50 - $60 bucks for the AP's seems a little steep.. To each his own though0 -
I'm a little late but got mine at 4:03 pm yesterday!! Bought the EV rocket but passed on the blue one as I could only afford 1."I'll ride the wave,Where it takes me, I'll hold the pain, Release me"
