Which is total horse shit. They can reverse these charges right now if they want to. But it seems they are picking and choosing who they extend this "favor" to. Another bang up customer service job!
People have to email the club to let them know they've been affected.
The thing I don't get is that it says pretty clearly in the email that there is a limit of 2 tickets per member. So if there is a system in place to only sell you 2 tickets how is it that they are able to charge (or at least precharge) people for so many more?

I work in the hotel industry and when we do reverses on someone's credit card is does take 3-5 days no joke. Also never use a debit card for hotels, rent-a-cars (I don't think they even except them) or ticket purchases. Debit cards do take longer because they have to re-verify because it's like they are dealing with cash.

Everyone is born, but not everyone is born the same. Some will grow to be butchers, or bakers, or candlestick makers. Some will only be really good at making Jell-O salad. One way or another, though, every human being is unique, for better or for worse.

Refunding is something different that removing an authorization...
With clear sailing ... going through the 3 - 4 steps 115 times would take what ... 2 hours (assuming one time per minute) ... so, with all the cluster fuck going on ... how long did 115 times take? Seriously?

Not necessarily...for example when you check into a hotel we will swipe your credit or debit card for incidentals. If you do not have a credit card or debit card we will ask for $30 cash just in case you use the phone, rent a movie or room service...etc...Etc. So when we swipe the card it is an authorization that checks it you have sufficient funds. It will put whatever we swiped it for on the side. Then when you check out they will go back on if you didn't have any incidentals and reapply it to your card. Credit cards are usually put back on in 1-2 days but I have seen debit's take as long as 10 days. So never use a debit because it does take longer to put back depending on your bank. If you put down cash then we will refund you upon check-out.
