I dont know why somebody would request Lukin. You know he is going to play it anyway. Request something like Ship Song or Last Soldier. Something he can play but just doesnt do it that often. I guess thats just what I would do.
GOOD CALL... or what about SOLDIER OF LOVE??? where the hell did that song go?? I havent heard that since boston 03 i think....
EV talks about a letter he got from a fan about what the band means to him and his family...fan was also inspired by the activism....then he talked about Thomas Young.
The fan who wrote the letter is in the front row ----standing applause.
"Underneath this smile lies everything - all my hopes, anger, pride and shame."

I was just gonna say this! It's like phoning a radio station and asking them to play the number one song...
LOL. Exactly.

A german beer. Very tasty. It's what I'm drinking.
I just started drinking beer last year at Roo and still learning. Is it dark, can you give a comparison? We can't talk about the games, so beer it is. Bos/Phl tied...
I can comment on this (seeing I know nothing about any of the games going on even though DH keeps changing it to the Sox game). German beers probably aren't your thing if you just started drinking beer, they're a little strong IMO. I'd recommend lighter fares like Blue Moon's HoneyMoon (my favorite but any Blue Moon is good), Sam Adams Light (still filling even for a light beer), Kirin Ichiban (rice beer, very light very good ), Newcastle (heavy beer, but tasty ), MGD 64 (low fat, low cal...only 2.8% alcohol by volume), No.9 by Magic Hat (spicey, not your everyday beer). There are a ton of good beers, even for a quote unquote wine drinker like me
