SEPARATED AT BIRTH
I can't tell the difference!
That Howard 'The Duck' flick is a very under rated Lucas film.0 -
Ah yes, I can see it all now....Stone died halfway through the recording of avocado, hence a lot of Stone on the first half of the album and virtually none on the second half. The only snippet of Stone's work on the second half is 'Wasted Reprise' which sounds like a mournful funeral dirge. The front cover depicts an avocado with the seed (or stone) but by the time we reach the back cover ....snif, snif....Stone is gone!* E Center - Salt Lake City, UT- Sep 28, 2009

I was up close for the Vic show in 07. During the Intro to "Gone" Stone was sitting on his amp, with his legs crossed, with his elbow planted on his thigh with his hand supporting up his chin. And a bored look on his face. (He also had those dorky ass croc sandals on).I looked at him and could not help but laugh and he noticed it and smiled and nodded his head.
My preference is when Ed does about all the lyrics and the rest of the guys handle the music. Most of the stuff Ed writes musically is much more basic (I won't say better or worse) then the main guitarists for the u gband. Stone may like having more free reign. Or, maybe he just felt like rockin' out that night.
Also a few years back on the Showbox DVD, Stone has had a serious sulk on that night. He's been pretty underused on the last 2 albums, I mean Cameron has almost got more writing credits, and from the man who virtually wrote all the music on Ten that's not good enough..Vedder/Gossard is the best writing partnership in the band, however possibly also the most strained...0 -

:P Fuck Yes!~
I've always thought that. Yeah Stone cursing out of frustration at a fax machine. That is my favorite parts besides the cast breaking and beating that fax machine with a baseball bat.
How'd you get into my mind0
