New Game: Guess the Band
Ok, this may have been done before, so apologies if so, but I thought this would be fun. The object is change up a bands name and see if others can guess who it is. Once the previous band has been correctly named, a new one can be submitted... So to start it off with an easy one: Kings of the Iron Age

G Love & Special Sauce
I saw G Love & Special Sauce at the House of Blues in Houston last night and it was a great show. I've seen him a couple of times before, but this was the first since 2004. That guy has so much energy and is such a dynamic performer. Never seen anyone play the harmonica like he does. If you haven't seen him before, I'd…

The Beatles: Eight Days a Week – The Touring Years
I finally got around to seeing this great documentary by Ron Howard. What took me so long? I had no idea what I was missing! I loved the Beatles from the day I first heard "I Want to Hold Your Hand" single came out and I ran out and bought a copy. And then seeing them on the Ed Sullivan Show- that flipped me out! For quite…

Jack White vs. PJ posters
Bought tickets to my first Jack White show on Friday (Cooperstown, NY); pretty excited about it. I know he's had gig posters in the past, just wondering if the competition for them is as stiff as it is for PJ shows and if he's even had them at his more recent shows. I appreciate any help ya'll can provide. Thanks!

Tegan and Sara
I am just getting into this newer band, but I am super impressed. I heard their single on the radio and plus they've been featured on Grey's Anatomy, which I painfully admit to watching quite religiously. Anyway, if you haven't, you should probably check them out. not bad looking either :D

Michael Franti anyone?
I saw a quote in someone's signature on here, forget who the user is (my bad). But, I really liked the quote and I googled it to see who said it, and it was Michael Franti. So, I got some of his music, and now I am just digging him, and I don't even like rap, which he does have some content that is. I like the message the…

Spacemen 3
Any Spacemen 3 fans here? A few years ago, a buddy of mine play Spacemen 3's The Perfect Prescription while I was over visiting and I really dug it. Not a big fan of Kiss. But Peter has a cool voice, and Aces album is really nice. Can't get through Pauls or Genes.
