LB presale CD/VINYL shipping status

All US CD orders have been processed and were shipped yesterday. Please allow 24-48 hrs for tracking to update.

INT CD's ship today when we receive more stock.

Some CD order tracking information did not get posted back to our system, so you may not have received an email and status may not have updated. This does not mean your order hasn't shipped.

If you send an email about tracking/status please just send 1 and allow some time for me to answer.

IF your address changed and you didn't let us know until your received shipping confirmation email, UPS has confirmed that orders will be forwarded to new shipping address the USPS has on file.

Vinyl orders are in queue for processing and shipping 10/10/13.

The UPS Parcel Network is based on a hub and spoke model. UPS operates centers that feed parcels to hubs where parcels are sorted and forwarded to their destinations. Centers typically are the point of entry for parcels and send the parcels to one or more hubs. A hub is a location where many centers send packages to be sorted and sent back out to other centers or hubs. For example, a standard ground parcel being shipped from Wilmington, North Carolina to San Francisco is picked up by a driver and taken to the Wilmington Package Center, where it is loaded on a trailer and driven to Greensboro, North Carolina. At Greensboro it would be loaded onto a trailer and sent by rail (trailer-on-flatcar in most cases) to the Oakland, California Hub. There it would then be forwarded to the delivery center in San Francisco, California, loaded onto the delivery vehicle, and transported to its final destination.

The UPS air network runs similarly to the ground network through a hub-and-spoke system, though air hubs are typically located at airports so airplanes can quickly be unloaded, the packages sorted, and the aircraft loaded again. Centers feed packages to facilities at airports (called gateways), which in turn send them to an air hub to be sorted and put on another airplane to a final destination gateway, and then from there to a center. For instance, a Next Day Air package traveling from Seattle, Washington to Atlanta, Georgia, would be loaded onto an air container at Boeing Field just south of Seattle and flown to the Worldport (UPS air hub) in Louisville, Kentucky. From there it would be sorted to a container heading to Atlanta to Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, and taken by truck from the airport to the delivery center.

    I appreciate the communication. I know you do not work for UPS, but their website shows a facility in Seattle, so why then do the packages for the PNW go all the way to SoCal and AZ? Makes more sense to go from Seattle UPS directly to USPS. Maybe that's a question for UPS. :D

    that doesn't help me much :|
    *I notified 10c on September 5th of my new address.
    *10c confirmed my address was changed for that order Vault #3
    *confirmation email with tracking stated it would be sent to my new address.
    *tracking info stated that there was an attempted delivery to my OLD address, designated as 'undeliverable' and returned to 10c.
    *I've have a forward order on file with USPS. since the first week of September.

    what happened there?

    Thank you for the communication. That's all I ask for. Based on mail innovations ridiculous shipping routes and late deliveries I imagine record sales will be more because of local purchases too. Hey wait a minute ... :lol:

    Thanks for acknowledging there seems to be an issue!!

    I fear mine is lost...no tracking update after it went from NJ to Texas where it was last scanned on October 6th. Talked with UPS and they said yes it should have been delivered 2 days ago and it was past the 10 business day shipping...

    We will be talking on the 15/16th

    i got got my vinyl shipping update too, thanks.i ordered the cd seperately its status is "Warehouse".Im hoping its been shipped and the update is unavailable, hopefullly it arrives soon

    Don't worry. It will hit NJ by Saturday, no problem. After that it will hit Massachusetts, then Delaware, then Mars and then maybe NJ again sometime in late October.

    I live in NJ and this was (pretty much) the path my Vault vinyl took to get to me. Wishing you better luck!!!
