Just making sure you sports fans saw that the first preseason game vs the Colts got scheduled for Thursday the 9th at 7pm, the day off between the Home Shows.

Sorry if this is a repeat post.

Cool thanks. Are the preseason crowds in Seattle anything like the regular season atmosphere ? Or not at all?

No idea but there's not many cheap tickets left.

Stubhub looks cheaper than TM for some seats and not others, FYI.

This is pretty awesome.  Last time I was in Seattle was for ToTD, and there was a Seahawks game the day before the first ToTD show.  It was pretty awesome.

Is this official? I only find the specific date referenced on some 3rd party websites like MSN.  Ticketmaster and the Seahawks website only have it listed as TBA.  The last official release I seem to find say's it's in that week, so the game could be anywhere from aug 9 to 11.

preseason games are terrible especially the first one.  You'll see nothing but 2nd and 3rd string players for the vast majority of the game.  tickets should be extremely easy to get.
I'll ride the wave where it takes me......

ESPN schedule now shows specific dates and times: http://www.espn.com/nfl/schedule/_/week/2/seasontype/1

And yes, it's only preseason but a quick look doesn't show many tickets left. And that was before the specific time got announced.  You will likely only get one or two series out of the starters, that is for sure.

I'm coming from out of town and have nothing else to do that night, so it's an easy sell.

I'm a Hawks season ticketholder who lives in Vancouver, BC. At first when I heard about this, I was really excited, but the late start time might be too much for me. I'll be in Seattle for the whole week, am going to some Blue Jays/Mariners games, then the two PJ shows, SPF30, then on to Missula and back to Vancouver. I'll be in Seattle with my wife, our baby boy, and my mother-in-law. All in all, I think that having a night off to just relax between the shows will be what we decide to do. I go to most of the home games ever year, so it's not the end of the world if I miss this game.

Anyways, I'm going to take a few weeks to think about it, but  just wanted to say that if you're interested in going, PM me, as if we're not going, I'd be happy to pass them along to someone here at face value.

Hey all, I've decided to sell my tickets. They are in s.337 row DD, which is around the 35 yard line, and gives you a great vantage of the whole field. They are also on the home side of the stadium (awesome for summer night games, as the open concourse overlooks Puget Sound). Face value is $90, and they seem to be going for about that on stub hub ($70+their damn fees ands up being around $90), but since I'd like these to go to someone going to the home shows, I'm willing to sell them for $50.00 USD each. PM me if interested.

    Cheers,
    Matt
